The kids are working on a smashing cans project. They help clean and smash the cans from our house and Gramma's house. We hope to take them to the recycling center once we get enough to take us all out to dinner! In the meantime the kids are having a blast and doing something good for the environment.
It's going to take ALOT of cans to take this family out to dinner!!
Brian built a pretty cool handy dandy can smasher out of scrap wood and jar lids.
The kids really like to help so the project is going well.
Maybe one day they will understand what they are actually doing is giving back.
